    1. I do apologize for the late reply and sorry I was unable to assist you in finding a workout school during your stay. I am re cataloging the schools in the Bahamas and I would be better suited to assist you on your next visit.

  1. Can you recommend some jiu jitsu schools in the Bahamas? I don’t want to be taught just how to defend myself like most schools I see teach females. I want to be taught the art in its entirety.

    1. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu group training (free at the moment to introduce more people to this beautiful art) legit seminars out of Club One Fitness Center (Tue/Thur/Fri 6-8PM) at the moment – Fight Sports Bahamas will open in October in AIP, a full fledged and pure BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) self defense & sport academy. Any questions please call or text 477-6888.
